Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Location: Indore
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Call and counsel potential students about Arivihan’s online learning programs.

• Understand students’ needs and recommend suitable courses.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain daily records of calls and conversions.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Sales or ed-tech experience preferred.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.
