This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to the Industry. The role offers 15-22 thousand in-hand salary and a dynamic environment with growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities
· Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on opportunities within the supply chain and logistics sector.
· Client and Vendor Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, suppliers, and vendors to secure and grow business.
· Business Development:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through market research and analysis of trends and competitor activities.
· Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and procurement to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
