AapniService.com is a growing home and professional services platform providing solutions such as home cleaning, appliance repair, water tank cleaning, and facility management. We are expanding our vendor network and looking for proactive professionals to onboard and manage service partners.
Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Executive responsible for vendor onboarding, training, and relationship management. The role includes ensuring vendors are well-informed about services, handling booking coordination, and resolving vendor queries to maintain smooth operations and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Onboarding & Expansion
Identify and onboard new vendors/service providers (cleaning, repair, maintenance, etc.)
Verify vendor documents, service capability, and coverage area
Build and maintain a strong vendor network in assigned locations
Vendor Training & Detailing
Educate vendors about AapniService.com services, pricing, and processes
Train vendors on handling bookings, customer expectations, and app usage
Ensure vendors follow SOPs, quality standards, and timelines
Booking Coordination & Support
Coordinate with vendors for timely acceptance and completion of bookings
Monitor ongoing service requests and ensure smooth execution
Assist vendors in managing schedules and job assignments
Query Resolution & Relationship Management
Act as a single point of contact for vendor queries and issues
Resolve concerns related to payments, bookings, or operations
Maintain long-term relationships and improve vendor satisfaction
Performance Monitoring
Track vendor performance, ratings, and service quality
Take corrective actions for underperforming vendors
Collect feedback from vendors and customers for process improvement
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
1–3 years of experience in business development, vendor management, or operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks simultaneously
Basic knowledge of mobile apps, CRM, and reporting tools
Field mobility required (own vehicle preferred)
