Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be confident in speaking with clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively presenting and discussing the company’s products and services.
Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs
Confidently present and explain company products/services to clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up with clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
Maintain records of client interactions, and reports
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in client interaction, presentations, and negotiations
Ability to understand products/services and explain them clearly to clients
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive approach
Basic knowledge of sales processes and business development practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
