Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads and inquiries effectively and convert them into confirmed clients
Develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition and business growth
Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to ensure high conversion rates
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
Stay updated on industry trends, services, and competitor activities

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in skin/aesthetic clinics or healthcare sector)
