Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join Pearl Organisation. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage confidently with clients. Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.

• Present company services/products to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

• Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and maintain follow-up trackers.

• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients.

• Meet weekly and monthly targets related to lead generation and conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update CRM or internal tools regularly.

• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute ideas for business growth.

• Represent the organisation professionally in client interactions and events.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely responses and effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

• Confident, presentable, and motivated to learn.

• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with clients.

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing will be an added advantage.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
