Job Description:
We seek a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to develop leads for our Adventure Parks & Corporate training. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and be capable of independently composing professional emails and WhatsApp messages.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Adventure Park & Corporate Training Programs.
Connect with existing clients, maintaining and building strong relationships.
Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and Whatsapp messages.
Manage leads and follow up effectively to convert them into business.
Prepare and deliver customized presentations to clients.
Requirements:
~Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the Tours & Travel, Adventure Field, or Corporate L& D.
~Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
~Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
~A proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills.

All fresher applicants will undergo a 3-month paid internship to gain practical experience.
