This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2B Sales. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company's offerings.
Identify and gather email addresses of potential clients or partners related to the company’s products through various sources (e.g., industry directories, networking events, online research).
Ensure that the gathered email addresses are accurate, relevant, and comply with data protection regulations.
Create and distribute email campaigns featuring brochures, product lists, promotions, or updates to targeted customers.
Personalize email content to engage recipients and address their specific needs or interests.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about products and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to resolve product-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining product quality standards.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
