Customer Support Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Moironix Soft Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s sales and business growth.

This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month and an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.

• Find potential clients and generate qualified leads for software and IT services.

• Contact prospects through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms.

• Understand client requirements and explain suitable software, web, and mobile application solutions.

• Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups based on client requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.

• Coordinate with the technical and development teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field. Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to identify customer requirements and explain solutions effectively.

• Basic knowledge of Web Development, Mobile Applications, Software Development, and Digital Marketing is an advantage.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and email communication.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
