We are looking for an experienced Female BDM cum FOM to manage our Restaurant & Banquet operations in Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-in, check-out & overall guest experience

  • Attend to guest queries, requests & complaints

  • Coordinate with our internal teams for smooth operations

  • Handle client communication and follow-ups

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and service standards

  • Handle other front-office and guest-related responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Experience in Front Office / Hotel / Resort Management

  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance

  • Good communication and guest-handling skills

  • Hospitality experience will be preferred
