ICONIC INFRA GROUP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our real estate business, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for open plots and real estate projects
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, walk-ins, and marketing activities
Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to potential customers
Coordinate and arrange site visits with clients and prospects
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotional activities
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management
Requirements:
Graduation or equivalent qualification
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or business development preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport with customers and close deals
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field
Knowledge of the local real estate market around Vanasthalipuram is an advantage
