Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive, you will guide students in their academic journey by helping them with project work, exam preparation, academic performance improvement, and international education processes
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads and potential students
Contact and follow up with leads through calls and messages
Explain company services to students
Maintain and develop strong client relationships
Achieve assigned sales and business targets
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Provide excellent customer service and support
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional personality
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Requirements:
Under Graduate / Graduate.
Fresher or student eager to gain experience.
Only Female candidates under 28 years can eligible.
Work Environment:
Office-based role.
May require extended working hours during peak hiring seasons.
Compensation:
Salary – 12K to 17K in Hand (Depends on experience & interview)
Other Benefits – Incentives (In Dollers) and bonus on performances
Shifts and Leaves:
Shift Timing – 10am to 6pm
Week Off – 6 Days working
