📌 Position Details

Designation: Business Development Executive (Lead Generation / Sales)

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based (No Work from Home)

Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi

Number of Openings: 10

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

💸 Compensation

Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 (Based on skills & experience)

Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹25,000

No security deposit or charges from candidates

👤 Candidate Profile

Experience: 6month to 3 year

Age: 18–30 years

Education: Minimum 12th pass

Gender: Male & Female both can apply

Languages: Hindi + Basic English (should be able to read English addresses)

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills (B2C interaction)

Basic Computer knowledge

Interest in sales, lead generation, and client handling

📝 Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads for loan settlement and legal–finance services

Explain company services to potential clients (telephone + in-person)

Maintain client data and follow-up records in Basic Excel

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support
