
Job Title: Business Development Executive –Survey Process
We are seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our Survey Process team. Your role will involve conducting structured surveys with customers, collecting accurate data, and ensuring a smooth and professional interaction every time.
Make outbound calls to customers for survey-based interactions (no sales).
Follow a predefined survey script and collect responses accurately.
Maintain a polite, clear, and professional communication tone.
Record survey data correctly in the system/CRM.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Understand customer sentiments and handle conversations respectfully.
Provide feedback on common customer concerns to improve survey design.
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or understandable accent.
Strong listening and data-entry accuracy.
Ability to follow scripts and maintain call quality standards.
Comfortable with afternoon shifts .
Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
Prior BPO/International voice experience is preferred, but freshers are also welcome.
Outbound survey calling (NO sales, NO support).
Fixed afternoon shifts as per timings.
Energetic and target-driven work atmosphere.
5 days working (weekend Saturday Sunday Off).
