Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:* Research and identify potential clients, and develop strategies to approach and engage with them.

2. *Build and Maintain Client Relationships:* Build strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.

3. *Drive Revenue Growth:* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, and meet or exceed sales targets.

4. *Conduct Market Research:* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

5. *Develop and Present Proposals:* Develop and present proposals to potential clients, and negotiate deals to close sales.

6. *Collaborate with Internal Teams:* Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.

*Requirements:*

1. *Bachelor's Degree:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. *Experience:* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

3. *Communication Skills:* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. *Business Acumen:* Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

5. *Relationship Building:* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

*Preferred Skills:*

1. *Industry Experience:* Experience in [specific industry, e.g., IT, Finance, Healthcare].

2. *CRM Experience:* Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
