Who We're Looking For:
Proven track record in B2B business development / sales in automobile spare parts
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
Result-oriented with strong ability to meet aggressive targets
Good understanding of popular car brands (Maruti, Hyundai, Toyota, Honda, Tata, Mahindra, Kia, etc.) and common spare parts demand patterns
Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM, ERP, e-commerce dashboards, and WhatsApp Business/API tools
Graduate (preferably Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Sales/Marketing)
