Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Creative & Communication Executive who will support our marketing, communication, and outreach activities. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills using Canva, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage emails, calling, content creation, and public relations tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media posts, posters, flyers, and promotional creatives using Canva

• Draft and send professional emails and follow-ups

• Handle calling and client communication professionally

• Manage day-to-day tasks using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials

• Assist in public relations and brand communication activities

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns and projects

• Maintain records, data, and reports

• Support digital marketing and outreach initiatives

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Canva Design

• Good command of English (written & spoken)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of MS Office tools

• Basic knowledge of email marketing

• Ability to handle phone calls confidently

• Creative thinking and content writing skills

• Time management and multitasking ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline

• Experience in marketing, communication, media, or design (preferred)

• Freshers with strong skills are welcome

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
