Job Title: Business Analyst (0-1 Years Exp)

📍 The Details:

• Experience: 0-1 Years (Highly driven freshers are welcome!)

• Work Setup: Work from Office, 6 days a week.

• Timings: 11:30 AM to 09:00 PM.

• Location: Meerut, UP. (Note: Candidates are expected to be co-located near the office premises to ensure a comfortable and easy daily transit).

🌱 The Role: Learn, Grow, and Execute This is a dynamic role where you will balance customer communication, content writing, and data management.

We don't expect you to be a master at all of these on day one! If you have a solid foundation in English and a great attitude, we will assess your trainability and help you build the rest of your skill set.

What you’ll do (and learn to do!):

• Voice & Chat Support: Be the friendly, professional voice of our brand. You will handle customer queries over calls and emails in fluent English, drafting clear and empathetic responses on your own.

• Content & Copywriting: Help us draft engaging content for our growing product portfolio (including our new kids' nutrition line and exotic nuts/berries), as well as assist with high-level business documents like seed fund applications (e.g., AIC Raise, SISFS) and pitch decks.

• Smart Use of AI: You will use tools like Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. Rather than relying on AI for basic daily emails, you'll learn to use it as a powerful research assistant for complex tasks and market analysis.

• Data & Excel: Use MS Excel to track customer trends and operational data. If you understand the basics, we will train you to comfortably use VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data summaries.

• A Solid Communicator: You have a strong foundation in spoken and written English, allowing you to comfortably handle voice support and draft emails independently.

• Highly Ambitious: You learn quickly, absorb feedback, and aren't afraid to figure out new software or tools.

• Locally Based: You live near our Meerut office or are willing to relocate nearby to ensure a stress-free daily commute.
