About the Role

We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at Fourpaysave Hi Tech Solutions Private Limited in Jaipur. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical/operational solutions, analyzing data, streamlining processes, and helping drive key operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex business data to identify trends, performance metrics, and operational opportunities.
Process Improvement: Evaluate business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend efficiency improvements.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define, document, and translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
Documentation: Create clear process flows, system specifications, user stories, and reports to support ongoing projects.
Performance Tracking: Monitor project outcomes and business metrics to ensure deliverables meet organizational goals.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, and customer support/operations teams to resolve business challenges.

Job Requirements

Education: Graduate degree (B.Tech, B.B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, or related field) preferred.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data reporting, or process optimization.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
