1. Operations Management
Supervise day-to-day operations of the outlet during assigned shifts
Ensure timely opening and closing of the store
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Monitor product quality, presentation, and consistency
2. Team Management
Supervise and guide staff (cashiers, servers, kitchen staff)
Maintain discipline and team motivation
3. Customer Service
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain a friendly and welcoming store environment
4. Cash & Billing Management
Oversee billing and cash handling during shifts
Ensure proper invoicing and accurate transactions
Monitor cash register and minimize discrepancies
5. Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Reduce wastage and control pilferage
Maintain daily inventory records
6. Sales & Performance
Drive sales during shifts through upselling and promotions
Report daily sales performance to management
7. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
Maintain daily reports (sales, inventory, staff attendance)
