Branch Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

The Branch Support Executive will be responsible for providing operational, administrative, and customer support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch. The role involves coordinating with counsellors, students, parents, and the head office, ensuring timely completion of branch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle front-desk operations (walk-ins, phone calls, inquiries).

• Assist educational counsellors in admission process and student follow-ups.

• Maintain student records, admission forms, and documentation.

• Coordinate with head office for reports, fee collection updates, and compliance.

• Support branch activities like seminars, spot admission campaigns, and student events.

• Ensure smooth branch operations – facility management, stationery, and basic admin tasks.

• Follow up with leads/candidates as directed by branch manager or HR.

• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management.
