Job Title: Relationship Executive – Security Guard Hiring & Training

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit suitable candidates for security guard positions through various sources such as field visits, job portals, and references
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, training partners, and internal teams
Coordinate with candidates for enrollment in security training programs
Explain job roles, training process, and career opportunities to candidates
Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming requirements
Conduct initial screening and documentation of candidates
Ensure timely mobilization of candidates for training batches
Maintain candidate database and update records regularly in Excel or internal systems
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and training process
Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth onboarding
