Here is a detailed Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) –---BRE – Job DescriptionJob Description / Role OverviewThe Branch Relationship Executive in the Card department is responsible for acquiring new customers for credit cards, generating leads, explaining product features, ensuring proper documentation, and providing after-sales customer support to achieve branch sales targets.---Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and card products to walk-in customers at the branchGenerate credit card applications through telecalling, Explain card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, charges, offers, and reward programs to customersCollect and verify KYC documents and ensure accurate application form submissionCoordinate with credit / backend teams for card processing and approvalsResolve customer queries related to card activation, billing, card loss, limit enhancement, or upgradeMaintain MIS and daily sales reportsParticipate in branch marketing campaigns and promotional activitiesMaintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction---Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood sales and negotiation abilityCustomer-focused and problem-solving attitudeBasic knowledge of credit card products and banking processesAbility to work under target-based environmentKnowledge of MS Office, CRM & documentation---Qualifications & Experience12th or Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, MBA preferred)Experience or Fresher both apply
