We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Process Executive to join our BPO team. The role involves handling customer queries, data entry, backend processing, and email/chat support without direct voice communication.
Handle customer queries and issues through chat, email, or ticketing tools
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems
Process transactions as per client requirements and SLA timelines
Research and resolve customer issues with proper follow-up
Ensure quality and compliance in all tasks
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
Maintain confidentiality of client information
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills, etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Education: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate
Experience: Freshers or 0–2 years in a similar role
Typing Speed: Minimum 25–30 WPM with 90% accuracy (may vary by employer)
Flexible to work in shifts (rotational, night shifts if required)
Prior experience in BPO/KPO industry (Non-Voice process)
Knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems
