Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced BPO Sales and Collection Trainer in Bangalore. The selected candidate will be responsible for training new joiners and existing employee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train new and current BPO employees on outbound sales and collection techniques

• Prepare, update, and deliver training content specific to sales & collections

• Conduct call audits and give performance feedback

• Organize refresher sessions and support continuous learning

• Work closely with team leaders and managers to improve team KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Minimum Experience: 1 year as a Sales and collection Trainer in a BPO (Only BPO experience is accepted)

• Strong communication and training delivery skills

• Must have handled outbound tele sales training

• Immediate joiners only

• Salary Offered: Up to ₹32,000 – ₹34,000 In-Hand, based on interview performance
