Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls in your regional language (Kannada / Hindi / Tamil/Malayalam).
Remind customers of pending EMIs and due dates.
Explain late fee charges and repayment options.
Update payment status and call records in the CRM.
Achieve daily and weekly collection targets.
Coordinate with the in-house recovery team for escalations.
Required Skills:
Fluent English communication.
(Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada)
Good listening and persuasion skills.
Experience in tele-calling or collections or customer support preferred.
Freshers with strong speaking skills are welcome.
