• Sat: 9 AM to 5 PM

• Sunday: Fixed Off

Qualification: SSLC / PUC / Any Degree

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Languages Required: Hindi & English (plus 1 regional language)

Job Description – Customer Support (Voice Process):

• Handle outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Explain legal services and resolve basic client queries

• Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records

• Provide timely support to potential and existing clients

• Meet daily call targets and ensure customer satisfaction

• Work closely with the team to improve service quality
