Job Description:

Sampangi Bio Farmlands is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our organic farmland projects. The role involves client interaction, lead conversion, and field visits when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and explain farmland project details to potential customers

Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins

Schedule and conduct site visits with clients

Maintain proper follow-up and close sales

Achieve monthly sales targets

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calls, and social media promotions

Prior experience in real estate or sales preferred

Must be presentable, honest, and hardworking

Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits

Job Type: Full-time
