Telesales Executive – OCC / OPD
We are looking for a customer-focused Telesales Executive to manage patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and service coordination for OCC and OPD function
Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle inbound and limited outbound calls related to OPD and OCC services
2.Assist patients with appointment scheduling, service information, and follow-ups
3.Explain healthcare/Homecare services clearly
4.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth OPD operations
5.Address patient queries and basic complaints professionally
6.Maintain accurate call and appointment records in the system
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (Mandatory)
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
