Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Location: Remote (WFH)

Salary: 10k - 14k+ incentives (negotiable)

Experience: 1-3 years (mandatory)

BPO experience

: 10months - 1+yrs

Tele calling (Outbound) : 1+ yrs

Preferred Languages: English, Telugu (Hindi- add on)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers..

- Explain company services and convince and make a follow-up call.

- Maintain records of calls and customer responses.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead conversions. -Collaborate with the teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficient in relevant computer applications and Communication.

Preferred Skills:

- Cold Calling.

-Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Quick Learner
