Job Title: BPO Voice Process 
Location: Bangalore  

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Source, Screen, and Interview candidates for various job roles.

- Client Management: Communicate with clients to understand staffing requirements and provide updates.

- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to address client and candidate queries.

- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process and ensure proper documentation.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹ 10,000 to ₹ 12,000 per month

Work Timing:

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM  
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)  

Age Limit:
- Age Range: 18 to 27 years  

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th pass, Any Degree or Diploma  ( Fresher's )

Gender:
- Open to: Both Male and Female Candidates  

Experience:
- Experience Level: Open to Freshers

Language :-  Tamil , Malayalam

Skills Required:

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of recruitment processes ( Preferred but not mandatory. )
