Location: Delhi/NCR

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (In-hand)

Employment Type: Full-time (Day Shift, 6 days working)

Currently, we are assisting one of our clients in hiring a BPO Telecaller to join their customer service team. If you are a fresher with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1) Calling on Leads and conversion of Leads to orders.

2) Collecting orders over phone calls.

3) Payment Follow up (Advance).

4) Sending samples/Catalogues, Whatsapp, Emails, etc..

5) Coordination with OPD Deptt for availability of Stock/billing

6) Backend support to field sales team by Providing Information/ Sending POP-POS materials setting up new customer's meeting with field officer.

7) Morning huddle of FSO as per the given format.

8) Monitoring of daily sales reports of FSO.

9) Monitoring of plans v/s actual FSO.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: Fresher

Comfortable with 6-day work week (Day shift)

Good communication skill

Customer handling Skill

Good Follow up skill

Basic Knowledge of MS Office

Work experience with Google Shee
