Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound inquiries from various sources (calls, website, social media, property portals, campaigns).
2. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in real estate projects.
3. Qualify leads based on interest level, budget, location preference, and project suitability.
4. Customer Engagement:
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, payment plans, and amenities clearly.
5. Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
6. Maintain strong follow-up with clients through calls.
7. Work closely with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
8. Provide market feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies.
9. Build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
10. Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer service standards at all times.
Key Skills & Competencies
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
3. Good understanding of real estate products, pricing, and trends.
4. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data management.
5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

7. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales process
8. Fluency in English and any regional language.
