Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.---Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.Explain products/services and answer customer questions.Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Maintain records of calls and customer details in the system.Follow up on leads and maintain call logs.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
