Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Location: Padamughal, Kochi

Job Description

We are hiring Telemarketing Executives to handle patient inquiries, generate leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Salary

₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives

Language Requirements (Batch-wise)

• Malayalam (Mandatory) – Malayalam Process

• Tamil & English (Mandatory) – Tamil Process

• Hindi & English (Mandatory) – Hindi Process

Work Timings

• Rotational Shift

• 9 hours per day

• 1 weekly off (rotational)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries

• Make a minimum of 90+ connected outbound calls per day

• Convert inquiries into appointments and bookings

• Provide accurate information about services and treatments

• Maintain proper follow-up and coordination with patients

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls during duty hours

Additional Responsibilities

• Carry the official phone after duty hours

• Attend calls between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM if required

Incentives

• Additional incentives will be provided for each successful booking after 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer knowledge
