Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.

• Understand customer needs and offer relevant products/services.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi or regional languages).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 10+2 (Any stream)
