Customer support executive

Provide excellent customer service through calls, mails as required and handle L2 levels discussion with customers.

Required skills :

Graduate in any stream
Excellent communication skills in English + 1 south Indian language ( Kannada/ Telugu/ Tamil/Malayalam).
Should have minimum 1+ years experience in BPO - Customer service experience only.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can be hired.

Freshers will be offered anything between 20k to 22k per month with 15k to 17k take home ( PF, Gratuity, Mediclaim)

Interview :

Initial screening is held at Jai global Tech , Koramangala
