Job Title: Customer Care Executive (BPO)
Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for our BPO operations to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service while meeting performance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for domestic processes.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately
Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (12th pass may apply depending on process)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Excellent communication skills in English
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
