Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to handle inbound voice calls from customers, resolving queries and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information as required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions within timelines.
Handle different types of customer issues related to services and products.
Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines during customer interactions.
Requirements:
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Customer Support / Customer Care (Freshers welcome).
Good verbal communication skills in [Language requirements, e.g.,Tamil, English, ].
Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (rotational shifts and rotational week-offs).
Comfortable working in a male-dominated environment (70% Male, 30% Female workforce).
Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a voice process (inbound customer support).
Strong problem-solving attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
