Job Location: Noida – Sector 16
Job Position: BPO Executive / Telecaller
Gender Preference: Female
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls as per the assigned process

• Explain company products/services clearly to customers

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers

• Resolve customer queries and provide correct information

• Maintain call records and update basic data in the system

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

• Follow team leader instructions and process guidelines

• Maintain professional communication with customers

Eligibility Criteria:

• Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

• Confident in customer interaction and calling

• Ability to work in a target-based environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
