BPO Telecaller

We are hiring a Telecaller for our Lead Generation team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and collecting basic lead information. This is a non-target-based job, focused on generating quality leads and maintaining positive communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and share information about company products/services.

Generate and record customer interest (leads) — no sales target involved.

Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the system.

Follow up with interested customers through calls or WhatsApp.

Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Support the sales team with verified lead data.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM entry).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Language proficiency in Hindi / English (regional language is a plus).

Ability to maintain patience and professionalism on calls.
