We are hiring a Team Leader to manage end-to-end BPO operations, team performance, SLAs, quality, and escalations. The role involves people management, reporting, and data analysis to ensure business targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coach a team of agents
Ensure SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity targets
Handle day-to-day operations and escalations
Prepare MIS and performance reports
Ensure process compliance and data accuracy
Skills Required:
Team handling & communication skills
MS Excel (basic formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
MIS & reporting
Basic SQL (SELECT, WHERE, simple JOINs)
Problem-solving & time management
Experience:
2–5 years BPO experience, 1+ year as TL
