Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members on a daily basis
Allocate tasks and ensure workloads are balanced and deadlines are met
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
Support training and development of team members
Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed
Resolve team issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Assist in setting team goals and tracking progress
Communicate effectively with management and other departments
Prepare reports on team performance and productivity
