Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and self-motivated BPO Trainer to join our team. As a BPO Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to new hires and existing employees in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector. You will ensure that employees understand company policies, work processes, and customer service protocols, equipping them with the skills they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new employees and ongoing development for current employees.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.
Prepare and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and assessments.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to employees on performance and skill development.
Facilitate classroom-based and virtual training sessions (where applicable).
Ensure training programs align with organizational goals and client requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Stay updated with the latest trends in BPO and customer service practices.
Collaborate with team leads and managers to address any performance issues.
Maintain accurate records of employee progress and training completion.
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires and conduct induction training.
Manage and update internal training resources and knowledge bases.
