Locations: Coimbatore & Palakkad

HRH Next, a dynamic voice-based BPO service provider located in Coimbatore, is looking to expand our team in Palakkad and Coimbatore. We invite dedicated, skilled, and enthusiastic candidates to apply for the following positions:

Coimbatore Location

1. Team Leader (TL) - 4 Positions

Salary: ₹25,000/month

Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of agents, track performance metrics, and implement strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications: Min 2 years experience in BPO (Voice)

2. Trainer - 1 Position

Salary: ₹30,000/month

Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs, empower agents with product knowledge, and enhance service skills.

Qualifications: Min 2 years experience in BPO (Voice)

3. T&Q Lead/Assistant Manager (AM) - 1 Position

Salary: ₹35,000/month

Responsibilities: Manage Quality Assurance processes, lead training initiatives, and support operational excellence.

Qualifications: Min 2 Plus years experience in BPO (Voice)

4. HR - 4 Positions

Salary: ₹15,000/month

Responsibilities: Manage recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementations.

Qualifications: Graduate

Palakkad Location (Malayalam Language Required)

1. Team Leader (TL) - 2 Positions

Salary: ₹25,000/month

Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage team performance, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain client relations.

Qualifications: Min 2 years experience in BPO (Voice)

2. Quality Analyst (QA) - 3 Positions

Salary: ₹25,000/month

Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate call quality, provide feedback for improvement, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Min 2 years experience in BPO (Voice)

Qualifications:

Min 2 years - Relevant experience in BPO or customer service roles.

- Strong communication skills in Malayalam (for Palakkad positions) and proficiency in English.

- Leadership abilities for TL and AM roles.

- Detail-oriented approach for QA positions.
