About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, dedicated, and responsible E-Commerce Team Leader to manage and guide a team of 15–20 members. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of e-commerce operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle client communications while performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates from BPO, KPO, Digital Marketing, and E-Commerce backgrounds are encouraged to apply. We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of ownership, team management capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 15–20 employees.
Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Motivate team members to achieve performance and quality targets.
Handle client communication, requirements, and escalations professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Track team performance and prepare regular reports.
Conduct training sessions and support team development.
Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards.
Resolve operational and team-related challenges effectively.
Maintain high levels of productivity, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Eligibility Criteria
Maximum 2 years of experience in team handling.
