About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated, dedicated, and responsible E-Commerce Team Leader to manage and guide a team of 15–20 members. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of e-commerce operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle client communications while performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates from BPO, KPO, Digital Marketing, and E-Commerce backgrounds are encouraged to apply. We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of ownership, team management capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 employees.

• Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Motivate team members to achieve performance and quality targets.

• Handle client communication, requirements, and escalations professionally.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Track team performance and prepare regular reports.

• Conduct training sessions and support team development.

• Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards.

• Resolve operational and team-related challenges effectively.

• Maintain high levels of productivity, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Maximum 2 years of experience in team handling.

• Experience managing a team of 15–20 members will be an advantage.

• Candidates from BPO, KPO, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce industries can apply.

• Comfortable handling clients and managing escalations.
