Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performance, target-driven Call Center Team Lead who can manage and motivate a team of 8–15 tele callers, drive daily conversions, and run the entire sales funnel using CRM tools.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

1. Industry Background (Any of these):

NBFC / BFSI

EdTech

Insurance

Real Estate

BPO Outbound Sales

2. Role Experience

3–8 years total experience

At least 2+ years as Team Lead handling telecallers

Must have driven monthly sales targets

3. Technical Competence

Hands-on with CRM tools (LeadSquared preferred)

Strong with funnel metrics & sales analytics

Good Excel / MIS skills

4. Behavioural Traits

High energy, hustle mindset

Target-oriented

Strong ownership

Excellent communication
