Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound & Outbound Calling: Engage with potential clients via phone calls, providing information about products and services.

• Product/Service Explanation: Communicate the benefits and features of the company’s offerings to customers.

• CRM Management: Accurately update customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely follow-ups and assistance.

• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.

• Sales Support: Assist in converting leads into customers by providing relevant details and guidance.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil for effective communication, with basic English skills for documentation and occasional interactions.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge for CRM updates.

• Prior experience in customer support or telecalling is a plus.
