Inbound & Outbound Calling: Engage with potential clients via phone calls, providing information about products and services.
Product/Service Explanation: Communicate the benefits and features of the company’s offerings to customers.
CRM Management: Accurately update customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely follow-ups and assistance.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Sales Support: Assist in converting leads into customers by providing relevant details and guidance.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil for effective communication, with basic English skills for documentation and occasional interactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic computer knowledge for CRM updates.
Prior experience in customer support or telecalling is a plus.
