Job Title: Tamil Voice Process Executive (Inbound Calls)

Location: Mount Road,Chennai

Job Type: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Inbound calls in Tamil for services for TNEB.

• Convince and engage customers effectively over the phone

• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details

• Meet daily/weekly targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Tamil and basic communication in English

• Good telephone etiquette and persuasive skills

• Basic computer knowledge and typing ability

• Prior BPO or telecalling experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Any Graduate

Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹14,500 per month (Take-home)
