We are looking for a BPO Non Voice Process to join our team at Sm Hr Nexus. BPO – Non-Voice Process.
The role primarily involves English typing, data processing, and system-based documentation work. Candidates should have good English typing speed and accuracy, strong attention to detail, and basic computer/MS Office skills. The position does not involve voice calling. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle non-voice operations efficiently.

Requirements
Qualification: Basic education (minimum requirement).
Job Requirements:
o Fast typing speed with accuracy.
o Good written communication skills in English.
o Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience.
You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Flexible shift.
